About Our Business
PRESENTATIONS HOME STAGING was founded in March 2006, by owners Butch and
Sheila Reynolds, who have consistently been transforming average homes into "WOW"
homes since they opened their doors. It is not uncommon for projects Staged by them to
transition from Staged to SOLD within weeks.
Presentations Home Staging is comprised of Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP), that
have been accredited by StagedHomes.com and Barb Schwarz, founder of Home Staging as
early 'as the late 70's.
We maintain our own inventory of furniture, artwork, accessories and plants, offering
month to month rentals to our clients. We work in teams, and in almost all cases stage a
home in one day without exterior conditions, or other "conditions" (i.e., paint, repair, carpet
cleaning etc).
Butch and Sheila Reynolds also founded the Vancouver, WA Chapter of the International
Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP), in order to continue to outreach to the
Clark County Washington Real Estate Community while educating the general public on the
significant benefits that home staging will have on the sale of their property.
