Presentations Home Staging "Staged View" Tour, is your
personal invitation to view homes Staged® by Accredited
Staging Professionals (ASP), whose clients have selected
the best form of preparing their home for
SALE....Staging®.

Who should attend?

REAL ESTATE Professionals & Lenders:

As a Real Estate Professional, or Mortgage Lender, our
"Staged View tour" offers you the opportunity to preview
homes prepared for sale that would meet your client's
discriminating needs and expectations, knowing that the
home is truly "ready" to be viewed by your client and sold.

SELLERS:

During the "STAGED VIEW" Tour, owners, Butch & Sheila
Reynolds (and other Accredited Staging Professionals
(ASP) will be on hand to answer any questions you might
have about Staging® and how it could be of value to you.
They will also share some of the techniques that were used
to Stage® the homes on the Tour.

BUYERS:

If you're considering a home purchase in the near future
this is also an excellent opportunity to view a Staged®
home or learn how an ASP Consultation could help you
Stage® your home!

How do I find out more about the homes that will be on the tour?

All homes on our Tour, can be previewed at our STAGED HOMES FOR SALE page.

How long does the Staged View Tour take?

The Tour is a timed segment, going from each featured home to the next.
Each "Staged View" stop will last approximately 30 minutes
travel time between each location is approximately 10 mins.
You can join in at any point, listed on the invitation

You're welcome to bring a guest (but please let us know how many will be with you
when you respond).
